Area Crew Manager

Role

As an Area Crew Manager for Window Hero, you will oversee and manage multiple window cleaning and pressure washing crew supervisors and their crews within a specified region. You will ensure jobs are completed to standard, customers’ needs are met, equipment is maintained and in stock, and you will be in charge of managing and completing tasks in our CRM system.

• Leading multiple crews daily in completing jobs and tasks
• Managing truck and equipment inventory
• Overseeing multiple crews and production and completion of jobs
• Managing and optimizing schedules
• Quality and customer control

• Leadership experience required
• 1-2 years of industry experience is required
• Great customer service skills are a must
• Requires a good driving record
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and be able to carry equipment up to 50lbs
• Excel and Word experience
• CRM management experience
