This role plays a key part in supporting and maintaining connections with the stand managers and team members at all governing locations. The position is responsible for their locations' abilities to grow a profitable operation while maintaining the preservation of 7 Brew's culture, mission statement, and values and will contribute directly to the success of our mission and growth.

• Lead and oversee stand managers to achieve performance goals.
• Educates and empowers managers to identify growth areas in stand operations and realize consistent improvement over time.
• Provides regular feedback and support to teammates.
• Works regularly in their stands to maintain connection to daily operations and stay relatable to frontline crew members.
• Empowers managers to maintain a low cost of labor while ensuring quick wait times and short lines.
• Works with their stands to track inventory, smallwares, and parts/equipment, to maintain a low cost of goods sold through eliminating waste and accurate counting/ordering.
• Holds management team accountable for adherence to applicable maintenance schedules, inspections, procedures, and government regulations.
• Is always developing new leaders to step into upcoming roles, regardless of current or future needs.
• Promptly implements and communicates directives from upper management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Manage projects and timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and with high quality.
• Represent the company's values and mission while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Is willing to work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings (5 a.m.), late nights (11:30 p.m.), multiple weekend days each month, and holidays.

• Must be proficient in all Brewista, Shift Lead, and Manager duties and skill sets.
