Materials Expeditor – Concord, North Carolina, United States (Requisition #6170)

We are currently seeking Materials Expeditors to join our organization. The purpose of this position is to physically and systematically provide our production teams with the materials they need to organize and coordinate returns of any left over packaging materials after production runs are concluded.

• Use FIFO when pulling materials by "lot" number for traceability
• Maintain organization of raw materials and finished goods in the materials storage area.
• Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management teams regularly regarding non-conforming product and other urgent matters.
• Execute inventory transactions in Net Suite system as needed.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience and proficiency using Net Suite software, or similar software in a manufacturing/warehousing/production environment a plus
• Strong data entry and general computer use skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and to work independently.
• Proven track record in strong attendance and reliability.
• Should be self-directed and responsible.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels with the operation.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience.
• Ability to use the RF scanning system efficiently and accurately
