Overview

Material Handler Utility Retail associate to assist our operators in running our production equipment.

Location: Concord, North Carolina, United States

Requisition Number: 6047

Shift: 12 Hour Day

• Working with a computer system to run production equipment
• Reloading case makers
• Vacuuming the machine
• Performing sanitation cleaning/checks in your area
• Distinguish problems with the machine and fixing, within your ability
• Helping Operator perform changeover tasks
• Stacking finished goods
• Provide general assistance when needed
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Management

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Stable work history.
• Forklift/ Motorized Pallet Jack certification or ability to become certified.
• Favorable work reference and background check.
• Ability to work without constant supervision
• Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to lift and carry bundles of cartons weighing approximately 25 lbs. a distance of 4-12 feet and lift to a height of 3-5 feet.
• Ability to lift and carry rolls of film weighing 30-75lbs. a distance of 4-12 feet and lift to a height of 4 feet.
