The Safewaze Marketing Director is a new position designed to sit at the intersection of product and sales, transforming technical product features into compelling stories that drive brand growth. • Lead go-to-market planning from developing strategy to overseeing execution
• Help develop annual budget and departmental strategy across multi-channel B2B platforms
• Proactively identify additional tools to support all levels of the sales channel
• Initiate campaigns to drive engagement with specified products and emerging markets
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategy
• Set creative direction and review key deliverables for strategic alignment
• Develop trade show strategy, presence and product storytelling
• Lead evolution of established programs for distributor merchandising and sales swag
• Mentor and develop marketing team members, with an opportunity to lead direct reports
• Collaborate with all teams including sales, product, distributors and end user

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline required
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with minimum 2 years in leadership position
• Proven experience managing budgets, defining trade show presence and building effective go-to-market strategies
• Experience marketing manufactured products through distribution channels
• Background in construction, safety, industrial or technical B2B products preferred
• Proactive, leadership mindset; able to find solutions and make decisions
• Track record of driving growth through established KPIs and data analytics
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic direction of marketing collateral
• Comfortable learning and utilizing a range of software and technology
• Portfolio required with relevant project examples showcasing product launch
• Proven excellence in written, verbal and visual communication
• Self-motivated and resourceful, undaunted by change and fast pace
