Campaign Specialist; Entry Level

Harvest Events is currently hiring an Entry-Level Campaign Specialist to support our nonprofit and charitable campaigns throughout the Charlotte area.

Our team partners with charitable organizations to increase awareness, engage local communities, and generate donor support through face-to-face outreach inside established retail locations.

As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll work directly with the public while learning the day-to-day operations behind successful charity campaigns. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and opportunities for professional and leadership development.

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations inside retail partner locations
• Engage directly with customers and community members through face-to-face conversations
• Educate individuals about current charitable programs, initiatives, and causes
• Help generate awareness and donor support for the organizations we represent
• Build positive relationships with potential donors, retail partners, and community members
• Participate in ongoing campaign and fundraising training
• Work alongside team members to execute daily outreach initiatives
• Track campaign activity and communicate results with management
• Assist with the day-to-day execution of charity marketing and fundraising campaigns
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of our nonprofit partners
• Work with management to ensure campaigns align with client goals and expectations
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and community engagement

This is an entry-level position
, and training will be provided. Previous experience in customer service, retail, fundraising, hospitality, marketing, or community outreach is helpful but not required.
