Travel RN-ICU-MICU (medical) jobs in Concord, NC let you care for critically ill adults in a city known for its welcoming community and access to outdoor activities. The facility features a 40-bed intensive care unit with a collaborative team, managing complex medical-surgical cases, ventilated patients, stroke, and trauma, with a typical 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio 1. You must have an active North Carolina RN license or multistate license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least two years of recent ICU experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications are required 2.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, strong clinical assessment, and communication skills are recommended.
