QC Incoming Expert Technician

QC Incoming Technician (GMP environment) responsible for inspection, sampling, and disposition of incoming materials to ensure compliance with GMP standards.

• perform visual, dimensional, and attribute inspections of consumables, components, and packaging materials
• verify supplier documentation such as Certificates of Analysis
• record results in SAP and LIMS
• support deviations, nonconformance, and investigations
• maintain inspection readiness and compliance with SOPs

• high school diploma or GED
• GMP-regulated industry experience
• proficiency with SAP, LIMS (preferably Lab Vantage), and electronic document systems
• keen attention to detail and documentation integrity
• effective communication skills

• experience with incoming inspection of materials like media, packaging, and components
• work in warehouse and controlled environments
• ability to lift/move materials, stand for extended periods, and use PPE

• GMP pharmaceutical environment
• incoming inspection
• materials including consumables and packaging
• SAP and LIMS systems
• adherence to GMP/GxP
• support for regulatory inspections

primarily onsite in Lilly Concord, North Carolina; may require occasional overtime and off-shift support.
