Full‑Time | Morning (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM) or Evening (11:30 AM – 7:30 PM)

📅 Includes weekend rotation. Please indicate your preferred shift in your application.

The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high‑quality, nutritious meals for clients and staff in accordance with established policies, standards, and food safety regulations. This position ensures all kitchen operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in a sanitary manner.

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Ensure all food preparation meets quality, portion, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations throughout all food handling.
• Accurately determine quantities and adjust recipes as needed for meal service.
• Accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions as directed.
• Complete required documentation (e.g., temperature logs, cleaning schedules).
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils.
• Support the receiving, rotation, and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism with staff and clients.
• Participate in required training sessions and maintain certifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Serv Safe certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire).

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional, positive, and service‑oriented attitude.
• Sound judgment and ability to respond calmly in high‑pressure situations.
