The Team Member acts as a point of contact for customers, responsible for stocking, merchandising, cleaning, operating cash registers, and other duties to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist in merchandising and displays.
• Operate cash registers and assist with customer transactions.
• Perform store cleaning and restocking tasks.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow planograms and handle basic cash procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise.
• Occasional exposure to outside weather and cleaning solutions.
