Position Overview:Seasonal Selling Associate
The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging our customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

- Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively.
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
- Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
- Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs”.
- Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back‑room and under stocks to brand standards.
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.
- Assist with other projects as needed including markdowns, re‑tickets, and mark out of stock.
- Execute floorset proficiently.
- Understand and adhere to brand standards.
- Assist with maintenance of back‑room and under stocks.
- Driving top‑line store sales results and growing the business.
- Maintaining focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
- Preparing for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures.
- Recovering and replenishing merchandise.
- Understanding and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Assisting in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues.
- Building awareness and skills in loss prevention.
- Supporting store strategy to reduce shrink.
- Providing a safe working environment.
- Demonstrating company values.
- Building loyalty through the Rewards Program.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking & prolonged standing.
Minimum Salary: $12.00 per hour Maximum Salary: $14.75 per hour Salary will be determined by factors such as specific skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant factors.
