Branch Sales Manager

Purpose The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) will apply sales strategies to grow Crystal Clean’s business at new and existing customer sites, focusing on the manufacturing sector. The BSM will sell Crystal Clean’s parts washer and environmental services to small‑to‑medium industrial and automotive repair businesses. Continuous growth of branch sales is key to this position. A car allowance is provided, and the BSM is expected to use a personal vehicle as part of this role.
Responsibilities- Engage in and promote safe work behaviors in a manner consistent with all Crystal Clean safety guidelines.
- Provide customer service and develop new business within a designated geographic area.
- Pursue additional services with existing accounts.
- Assess potential customer needs, present Crystal Clean products and services, and develop new customers.
- Perform managerial duties in lieu of Branch Manager on an interim basis as needed.
- Conduct field tests and proper sampling of various waste streams at customer sites.
- Develop sales leads for Data‑Marketing.
- Assist field sales representatives in sales activities related to new customer accounts.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and standards, including environmental, health & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments.
- Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, office equipment, etc.
- Ability to operate equipment such as hoses, pumps, all truck equipment, etc.
- Ability to increase sales and foster growth of all lines of business.
- Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Sales experience required (Crystal Clean sales preferred).
- Industrial sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).

Average Annual Earnings: $65,000 – $100,000 plus bonuses, commission, and benefits. Actual total earnings vary based on performance and location.
