Our Raleigh team is expanding, and we require Sales Specialists to assist us with our high volume of leads.

• Consult with new clients to discover their needs and desires, and then fulfill them.
• Act as an intermediary between clients and potential buyers/sellers from beginning to end.
• Help clients choose mortgage companies that best meet their needs.
• Participate in open houses, networking activities, and the MLS to enhance sales.
• Present purchase offers to sellers and write purchase offers for buyers.
• Mentor new agents to take clients from an offer to the closing table.
• Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
• Communicate well with current and future clients in a meaningful manner.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

• Must have an active NC Real Estate License.
• Self‑motivated & goal‑oriented.
• Willingness to learn the most current tools, systems, and technologies.
• Display a people‑oriented, positive, and client‑focused attitude.
