WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Wedding Sales Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will manage bookings across a few of our beautiful, unique properties, serving as the primary friend and trusted guide a couple has in the wedding industry. You will completely own the full sales lifecycle - from greeting couples for their initial property tour straight through to the final execution of the contract.

The ideal candidate is "The Warm Closer": someone who builds instant trust, effortlessly helps a couple picture their actual wedding day in our spaces, and comfortably asks for the commitment without any rigid pressure.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in hospitality, events, hotels, catering, or wedding services.
• Proven track record of managing a pipeline, carrying a booking target, and executing contracts.
• Comfortability with various CRM software and digital tools (experience with Go High Level  is a plus).
• Must be based in or around Rowan County, NC (Salisbury, Kannapolis, China Grove, or surrounding Piedmont areas) with reliable personal transportation to rotate between venues.
• Absolute flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as these are prime times for tours and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet and exceed booking targets, revenue goals, and KPIs; track progress and love seeing your hard work reflected in the numbers.
• Conduct immersive, personalized property tours across 5 regional venues, learning each couple's story and tailoring the walkthrough to their vision.
• Respond to fresh inbound inquiries with unmatched speed and warmth, turning new leads into active conversations within minutes, not hours.
• Guide couples toward decisions naturally, comfortably navigate pricing conversations, handle objections, and seamlessly execute the final contract.
• Manage client information rigorously within the CRM system (Go High Level ) to ensure no lead is dropped and the next follow-up is scheduled before the day ends.
• Seek out feedback, actively apply new sales approaches, and collaborate with the team to make securing a dream venue feel completely effortless for our couples.
