Perform a wide variety of trailer repairs, including preventive maintenance, installations, replacements, and diagnostic tasks for various makes and models of semi‑trailers and related equipment in an efficient, timely, accurate, professional, and safe manner in accordance with all Company policies, DOT, OSHA, and other governmental standards and regulations.

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a heavy‑duty truck or trailer mechanic. Apprentice mechanic program also available.
• Must have knowledge regarding the safe handling and operation of trailers.
• Experience with fabrication, suspensions, air brakes, electrical systems, liftgates, body repair and welding is a plus but willing to train.
• Must present a professional, highly motivated, positive, result‑oriented, problem‑solving attitude.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
• Must have own hand tools. Some tools provided if enrolled in Apprentice program.
• Must adhere to all Company policies including safety policies and regulations.
• Must pass standard pre‑employment drug test.
