Mulch Solutions LLC in Concord, NC is seeking a laborer specializing in Mulch Blowing Operations. This position is responsible for operating mulch-blowing equipment, handling and installing mulch on commercial and residential sites, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities:- Operate specialized blower trucks safely and efficiently.
- Install mulch on client properties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area.
- Communicate with customers on-site.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
- Learn and demonstrate proficiency in the operation of blower trucks and other installation equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to company standards and best practices to ensure high-quality installations that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Follow the scope of work for each job, paying attention to detail to maintain the integrity of the installation.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, addressing any questions or concerns during the installation process.
- Ensure that the work area is left clean and tidy upon completion of each job, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Collaboration:
- Work effectively in varying seasonal conditions, showing flexibility and resilience in changing environments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.

$45,000 - $50,000 per year
