GCI Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician for the Legacy Concord apartment community in Concord, NC. You will perform light maintenance, prepare vacant units, and support property operations to keep our community looking its best.
The role requires teamwork with maintenance staff, flexibility for evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and general maintenance knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. We value customer service and reliable, thorough work.
