In this role, you become the face of Chad Love Services for customers throughout the community. You'll visit homes, identify HVAC system issues, explain recommended solutions, perform repairs, replace defective parts, and complete preventative maintenance services designed to keep equipment operating at peak performance. Throughout every interaction, you'll provide outstanding customer service, carefully document work completed, and prioritize safety while helping homeowners regain comfort and peace of mind.

This full-time service technician works during regular business hours within a 45-mile radius of Concord, NC.

• HVAC experience required
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months
• No major traffic incidents

• EPA Certification is preferred, although we will help you obtain certification if needed
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
