This is an entry-level position, so while experience would be great, it's not as important as having a coachable mindset, a solid work ethic, and a real desire to build a fulfilling career in this skilled trade. Here's what we need from our Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician:

• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within a 45-mile radius
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools

CAN YOU HANDLE THESE RESPONSIBILITIES?

Our Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician is on the front lines of the business, completing great work for customers while learning the ropes of this skilled trade. You'll run calls with more experienced techs and follow their instructions to take excellent care of customers' heating and air conditioning systems. As you use tools, perform various tasks, and interact with customers, you'll make sure to follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Over time, you'll build up your experience and skill set to become a more capable, independent technician!
