The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

• Manage security services and related operations for assigned accounts, including client service, problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, and new business development.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, supervision and training; prepare post orders; ensure operational effectiveness.
• Provide lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities, and coordinate site needs.

• Experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager is a strong fit.
