Android Developer

Growth Lab Inc is looking for a mid-level Android Developer who can turn solutions-focused ideas about RabbitMQ into something a customer never has to think about. The deal favors the seasoned — 3 years earns $79,000 - $108,000, an internship arrangement, and a technology charter you'll actually own.

• Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within Growth Lab Inc
• Drive adoption of best practices in testing, security, and observability
• Write clean, well-tested code that scales with Growth Lab Inc's growing user base
• Drive the Kotlin incident postmortem that stops the Concord outage from recurring
• Translate the small-but-mighty Scrum outage into fixes that make the next Concord launch dull
• Catch the Kotlin race conditions that only surface under Concord peak traffic
• Stand up observability so Growth Lab Inc sees failures before customers in NC do

• A NC work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway
• Hands-on experience with modern Spring Boot workflows and tooling
• Fluency across Work Ethic and Kotlin, with strong opinions on both
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
• A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
• The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire
• Solid Kotlin grounding, plus Goal Setting you can pick up on the fly

We are a bias-to-action technology company, and Growth Lab Inc calls Concord, NC home. We swap AWS and Spring Boot tips over lunch because nobody here pretends to know it all.

Pair your Type Script with our $79,000 - $108,000, our mentors, our benefits, and our flexible Concord, NC culture, and the math works in your favor.

Fresh interview slots opened up this week for the Android Developer search.
