Handles other container related duties that are classified as freight/transportation.
Works with vendors to schedule container deliveries, checks Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) for accuracy
Codes Freight Bills and sends to Accounting Department Manages the tracking and communication of White Glove Delivery and Expedited orders
Assist with rate negotiations and communications
Does Inventory Counts and other duties as assigned
Position Requirements :
High school diploma or GED preferred
Competency in MS Excel, WORD, web browser, and e-mailSAP knowledge and experience is a definite plus
