Support Administrator required for an industry leading provider of laboratory equipment. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable business who can provide full training and flexibility.
This role would suit candidates from any administrative, customer service or operational support background. Candidates from any industry are encouraged to apply. You will need to have strong PC stills including experience working with Microsoft Excel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, verifying, processing and quality checking customer documentation generated by the engineering team.
The Support Administrator Role:
· Processing customer documentation including calibration certificates and qualification testing reports
· Checking documentation for accuracy and identification of any errors
· Use of AI as a support tool to validate and identify errors in documentation
· Measure and track process efficiency
· Part time hours
· Hybrid working options
The Support Administrator Candidate:
· Experience in an administrative, customer support or operational support role
· Any industry background
· Experienced using a PC, including Microsoft Excel
