Marshall Harmony is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to manage multiple sporting events across the UK and overseas. You’ll coordinate bibs, timing chips, competitor data, printing and packing to ensure race day runs smoothly.
You will own the detail, spotting errors before print, pulling together orders, checking stock, and arranging travel and accommodation for event teams. The role demands organisation, data handling in Excel and a readiness to work weekends when events peak.
