  • Contributing to EHCP reviews and PEP meetings with clear leadership guidance
  • Creating a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment while working closely with teaching assistants and families
Essential

Qualifications:
  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree

Benefits to YOU:
  • Competitive salary of £32,254 to £39,851 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Exceptional education pension scheme, double matched up to 20% (total contribution up to 30%)
  • Life insurance to the value of 4 times your basic salary and company sick pay
  • Exclusive access to employee benefits, big-brand discounts, and a Green Hybrid/EV car scheme
  • Follow your progress pathway with access to 1000+ accredited, discounted CPD courses through Milk Academy!
  • FREE PSHE lesson plans and resources, designed by real teachers
  • FREE Educator Wellbeing eBook and access to our wellbeing hub, featuring CPD courses and health & fitness modules!
  • Fantastic opportunities for career development with strong systems and senior support in place
  • 24/7 support from your personal consultant, directly through their work mobile phone
  • Our Unbottled division brings lived-experience speakers into schools, covering stigmatised topics such as mental health, discrimination, and exploitation
