Vocational Hair and Beauty Teacher

Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a specialist education provider local to the school to work on a long-term basis starting immediately!

Salary
: £23,320 to £32,648

This is an exciting role for a resilient, empathetic educator to join a fantastic team dedicated to helping pupils re-engage with education and reach their full potential!

• Supporting children with SEND and complex SEMH needs in small classroom environments
• Working closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (EHCPs)
• Assisting with robust behaviour management, using positive de‑escalation strategies
• Promoting student well‑being, emotional regulation, and vital social skills

• Must have recent and relevant experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or challenging behaviour
• Experience or strong background in coaching, sports leadership, or youth engagement is highly desirable
• Must possess good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
• Must have the ability to adapt to distinct learning needs and work under the guidance of the class team
