Overview
The Education Specialists are recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join a welcoming primary school in Congleton, supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2). This is a long-term position offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching within a supportive and well-structured school environment. The school has a strong focus on pupil progress and inclusive learning, with a collaborative staff team and a positive learning culture.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
- Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership
