Care Assistant at Clayton Manor Care Home (Cheshire), working night shifts to deliver high‑standard personal care and contribute fully to the care team, ensuring continuity of services to residents.

• Assist residents with personal hygiene care, ensuring independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and signs of infection and escalates any identified risks promptly.
• Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
• Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
• Communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.
• Carry reasonable instructions from other team members and be an efficient worker.

• No experience required.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated initiative and respect for residents and staff.
• Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
• Approval of a DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
