Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and highly regarded nursing home in Congleton for a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate nurse who wants to make a real impact — supporting a team, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring residents receive the highest standards of personalised care.

About the Home

Our client’s nursing home provides high‑quality residential and nursing care within a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. The home has a strong focus on person‑centred care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

You will be joining a forward‑thinking care organization with a strong reputation for quality, colleague development, and creating positive environments where both residents and staff can thrive.

The Role

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager and wider management team to provide clinical leadership and support the delivery of exceptional care standards.

You will be a visible and supportive presence within the home, helping guide the nursing team, promoting best practice, and contributing to continuous improvement across all areas of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strong clinical leadership and support to nursing and care colleagues
  • Ensuring safe, effective, and person‑centred care is delivered consistently
  • Supporting clinical assessments, care planning, and reviews
  • Leading by example and promoting best practice throughout the home
About You

We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A compassionate approach with a genuine passion for resident care
  • The ability to motivate and support a dedicated team
What’s on Offer
  • Full‑time position
  • £23.00 per hour
  • Paid breaks
  • Supportive and rewarding working environment
  • Opportunity to progress your nursing career
  • The chance to make a genuine difference every day

If you are an experienced nurse looking for a role where your clinical knowledge and leadership skills are valued, we would love to hear from you.
