PSR Solutions are proud to partner with an award‑winning care provider to find an experienced Clinical Lead capable of delivering exceptional standards of clinical care and operational leadership within their modern residential nursing home. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with proven leadership experience in a care home environment to advance their clinical management career.

• Collaborate with the Home Manager, nurses, and care staff to uphold the highest standards of clinical care and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands‑on clinical leadership, ensuring safe and person‑centred care at all times
• Lead and mentor nursing and care teams to drive continuous improvement and staff development
• Oversee medication management, wound care, health assessments, and clinical documentation
• Monitor and maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal governance protocols
• Contribute to the overall operational effectiveness and success of the home

• NMC Registered Nurse – RGN / RMN / RNLD
• Demonstrated previous management and leadership experience in a care home setting
• Knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, audits, safeguarding, and DOLS
• Proficiency in key clinical areas including wound care, medication administration, and assessments
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent organisational skills and IT proficiency
• NMC Pin and full DBS disclosure provided; uniform supplied
