Are you detail‑obsessed, tech‑savvy, and eager to build a career in IT? We're looking for an IT Assistant / Data & Website Product Administrator to join our clients team, working closely with both the IT Manager and Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with data, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to grow into a broader IT support role.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring the website is 100% accurate - from product information and pricing to stock levels and supplier data. You'll manage automated feeds, troubleshoot issues, and keep the internal systems aligned and running smoothly. Alongside this, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting wider IT operations across the business.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to develop their IT career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete accuracy of website product listings, including pricing, descriptions, images, and availability.
Monitor automated stock and product feeds, resolving data errors and failed imports.
Use Excel to clean, transform, and prepare data files for upload in various formats.
Ensure consistency between CRM systems and the website backend.
Collect, validate, and integrate product data from suppliers.
Troubleshoot feed, mapping, and synchronisation issues.
Work collaboratively with IT, Marketing, and other departments to maintain smooth data flow.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual corrections.

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
Confident Excel skills (data manipulation, formatting, imports)
Ability to troubleshoot system or data issues
Comfortable working with product information and structured data
A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes
Willingness to learn and develop broader IT support skills.

Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
