The Role You'll work alongside Partners, Solicitors, and Fee Earners to ensure a smooth conveyancing process for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors
- Organising and filing documents accurately
- Carrying out property searches such as SDLT, Land Registry, AP1, and more
- Updating the case management system and progressing cases efficiently
- Providing regular updates and delivering exceptional client care
- Preparing completion packs and assisting with post-completion tasks
- Ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures
- Previous residential conveyancing experience is essential
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team
