Conveyancing Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join a well-established legal team in Congleton
.

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and experienced team.

You'll work closely with experienced conveyancers, assisting with a varied caseload and helping to progress matters from initial instruction through to completion
.

• Supporting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters
• Opening and managing files
• Ordering searches and title documents
• Preparing conveyancing forms and documentation
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and referrers
• Keeping clients updated throughout the transaction
• Ensuring files are accurate, organised and compliant
• Assisting with matters through to completion and file closure

We're looking for someone who has:

• 12+ months' experience within residential conveyancing
• Good knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
• Strong communication and client-care skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• The ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Confidence using IT and Microsoft Office
• A professional and positive approach
