This is a full-time, on-site role located in Congleton for a Bench Joiner. The Bench Joiner will be responsible for crafting bespoke furniture using a variety of materials and tools. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting design plans, measuring and cutting materials, assembling furniture components, and finishing products to the highest standard. The role will also involve collaborating with designers and other team members to meet client expectations.

• Proficient in Bench Joinery and woodworking techniques
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical design plans
• Skilled in measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden components
• Knowledge of finishing techniques, including sanding, staining, and varnishing
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a workshop environment
• Previous experience in bespoke furniture manufacturing is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in woodworking or joinery
