Job Summary
A permanent Clinical Lead Nurse post has become available in a luxury nursing home in Congleton that specialises in elderly care.

Congleton - Salary: £23 per hour

Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN or RMN with NMC PIN required) - Specialty:
Nursing, residential and dementia care - Job reference: 19606
- Assist the Manager in planning and implementing the highest quality of nursing care for frail elderly residents, including those with dementia.
- Manage and motivate a team of nurses and carers to ensure smooth operation of the nursing home.
- Organise and conduct inductions and orientations for new care staff.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals and members of the multi‑disciplinary team.
- Maintain and assess the home’s high‑quality care standards and uphold its reputation as a recognised centre of excellence.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
- Qualified nurse – RGN or RMN and registered with the NMC.
- Minimum 5 years hands‑on nursing experience.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for elderly/dementia care.
- Work autonomously and independently while building strong relationships with management and care staff.
