We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a well-established care home in Congleton, Cheshire. The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care to residents, ensuring their health, wellbeing, dignity and independence are maintained at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents.
* Administering medications and treatments in line with professional guidelines.
* Assessing, planning and evaluating individual care needs.
* Working collaboratively with care staff and healthcare professionals.
* Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
* Supporting residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
* Promoting a safe, comfortable and positive living environment.
Reporting to the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead, you will be an integral member of the nursing team.
Requirements
* Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
* Relevant post-registration nursing experience.
* Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong clinical knowledge and professional judgement.
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
