Sales Manager – Congleton – £40,000 basic DOE + car allowance + commissions £60k OTE

Over the past decade, this well established, independent property firm have provided a full 360 lettings property management service across the Manchester area. They have a team of experts in sales, lettings and property management, and are looking for a Sales Manager to grow, develop and make a real impact within the company.

• Annual basic salary of up to £40,000 DOE
• Car allowance available
• Commissions on sales income generated
• Performance bonus
• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
• Hybrid working available
• Free onsite parking
• Profit shares available after 12 months
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Fully expensed weekend trip away per year

• Generating and conducting sales appraisals and listings
• Winning and gaining new instructions on properties for sale
• Increase portfolio through business development strategies
• Local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing)
• Managing office and team members to maintain excellent customer service standards

• Experience in property sales and a target-focused mindset
• Experience of growing portfolios and building client network
• Good knowledge and understanding of the sales industry and current market conditions
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
