UH Conneaut Medical Center located at 158 W. Main Rd in Conneaut Ohio, 44303, is a federally designated Critical Access Facility, signifying its vital importance to the community in providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. In addition, the hospital has immediate access to the Centers of Excellence at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, as well as the full resources of new technology, financial investment, and the ongoing mission to bring the very best medical professionals from the Cleveland area.

Since joining University Hospitals in 1997, we have invested significantly in programs, equipment and facility improvements, including a major renovation of our surgical unit.

• General pulmonary medicine including bronchoscopy procedures and critical care medicine.
• No more than 1:3 call

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine
• Active Ohio Medical License in good standing upon effective date of employment
