, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
We are seeking a Part Time and Full Time Resident Care Assistant to work the night shift from 6:30pm - 7 am and 7pm-11pm. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing medication assistance and vital sign checks
- Encouraging socialization and participation in activities
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- A supportive and dynamic work environment
