Bookkeeper - Part Time

Part-Time Bookkeeper Part-Time | Bookkeeping & Account Reconciliation Pay: $28 - $32 per hour based on experience

Location:

Essex, CT

• Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts
• Review books and statements for accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Help catch up and organize outstanding reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records once accounts are current
• Provide ongoing bookkeeping support, approximately 4–5 hours per month as needed

• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Strong reconciliation and account-balancing skills
• Experience working with multiple accounts
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Quick Books experience
