Location: Plantsville, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour plus commission
Pay Type: Hourly plus commission
Earning Potential: $75,000–$100,000 annually

Auto House of Luxury is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Plantsville, CT, with 3–5 years of service advisor experience and an automotive background.
This position pays $20–$25/hour plus commission, with stated annual earning potential of $75,000–$100,000.
The shop services all makes and models and handles approximately 12–15 vehicles per day.

• Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, text, and email
• Provide professional customer service throughout the service process
• Present service opportunities and effectively upsell appropriate automotive services
• Order parts as needed to support shop workflow
• Support customer communication using Autofunds
• Work within the shop’s Mitchell 1 Manager SE workflow
• Support a shop servicing approximately 12–15 vehicles per day across all makes and models

• 3–5 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Automotive industry background required
• Strong customer communication skills across phone, text, and email
• Ability to identify and present service opportunities and effectively upsell
• Experience supporting parts ordering and service workflow
• Ability to work Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

• $20–$25/hour plus commission
