Location: Westbrook

We are looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to help schedule service appointments daily. Located just off exit 65 on RTE 95 in Westbrook.

Job Summary:

The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, reliable, a positive attitude, comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and communicating via email and text by desktop computer. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering service department phones, booking service appointments and contacting customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction.
