As a customer service specialist, you are the face of the Mohawk staff, the first person a new customer will be interacting with. Customer service specialists take pride in being fully knowledgeable of all services Mohawk provides and being able to synthesize this information to help customers make the best purchasing decisions.

• Must be able to maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition in high-stress situations.
• Be able to multi-task and decisively solve problems under pressure.
• Greet customer in pleasant manner.
• Be knowledgeable of all Mohawk practices to explain them to novice customers.
• Cashiering duties, responsible for balancing drawer.
• Utilize computerized systems to deliver fast and efficient service to customers.
• Provide customers with information to make the best purchasing decision.
• Provide customers with quality customer service experience.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Outgoing, pleasant, genial personality.
• Friendly and enthusiastic.
• Problem solving skills & critical thinking skills.
• Calm demeanor.
  
  Multi-tasking.
• Computer literate.
• Cashiering experience a plus.

• Must be available from approximately November-March.
• Must be available weekends and holidays throughout the season.
• Must be willing to sometimes work longer than specified shift.
• Must be willing to accept varied weekly work hours depending on weather, holidays, etc.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Must be a respectful, safe, team player.

Wage Range $17.50-$22
