Maths Teacher – Daily supply cover starting ASAP. These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings in Wallingford and the surrounding areas.

• Deliver engaging and differentiated maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school routines
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support pupils in their learning and encourage participation
• Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching maths in secondary schools
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and adaptability
• Shows enthusiasm for working in diverse educational settings
• Works well independently and as part of a team as a Maths Teacher
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Salary is dependent on experience and paid weekly through PAYE. The role involves registering with the class act agency and undertaking safeguarding checks in line with the DfE’s Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance, including reference checks and an Enhanced DBS check (either registered on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one).
