• Follow the policies outlined in the Employee Manuals, including the requirement that all staff leave the camp during all staff breaks and between camping periods.
• Maintain a professional environment: smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages, using illegal drugs, or engaging in immoral conduct during this agreement will be grounds for immediate dismissal.
• Participate in daily devotions, evening programs, and weekly Lord’s Day Worship Service.
• Model a positive Christian attitude and behavior to campers and staff.
• Refrain from teaching or pushing different views on doctrine or practices to other staff members, campers, or guests while working for The Salvation Army.
• Actively engage in the entire camping program.
• Lead evening cabin devotions with campers as requested.
• Assist with end‑of‑camp cleanup.
• Take part in weekly Staff Bible Study and Vespers.
• Plan, deliver, and supervise evening programs, special events, camp activities, and other camp functions.
• Perform assigned administrative duties at the start and end of each session.
• Serve as a consistent, positive Christian example for campers and staff.
• Sit with campers at all programs and in the dining hall as scheduled.
