• High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
• Minimum of 6 months previous experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare
• Child Development Associate or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old

As one of our Preschool Teachers, you will embrace the Cadence Education philosophy, collaborate with fellow teachers and leaders, and create a positive learning environment for all children. Your duties include documenting and sharing key milestones with parents, implementing an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum, respecting and observing children's interests, intervening when needed to maintain safety, enhancing play with language, toys, and activities, modeling social behavior, and planning a balanced daily schedule that incorporates quiet/active, indoor/outdoor, and fine/gross motor activities.
