Air Emissions Monitoring Project Engineer / Scientist (stack testing). As a stack testing Project Engineer / Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of testing technicians while coordinating with plant and regulatory contacts. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience of source testing with a QI Group 3 certification for performing US EPA Part 75 testing. The majority of this work will be performed in the New York, New Jersey, and New England areas.

To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

• Bachelors degree or adequate experience in this field
• Ideally, 3+ years of stack testing experience
• Advanced stack testing knowledge
• QI Group 3 credentials, or ability to obtain credentials
• Knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local regulations, and EPA test methods
• Capacity for overnight and local travel for multi-weekday projects up to 60% of the time or more.
• Ability to work in outdoor industrial settings, including climbing to and working on elevated platforms (50ft - 300ft).
• Must be able to exert moderate physical effort, including lifting heavy materials up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical certification.
