Key Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial loan closing packages, modifications, and extensions
• Establish loans online and manage loan documentation
• Coordinate due diligence, including OFAC checks and UCC filings
• Process loan advances and payments for construction loans and credit lines
• Provide administrative support to Commercial Loan Officers
• Maintain internal systems and generate reports for management
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting (CRA, HMDA, etc.)
• Review residential and commercial appraisals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
  
  2+ years in banking with a desire to enter or grow in the commercial loans sector
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience considered
• Skills:
  
  Strong customer service, organization, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, loan software)
• Knowledge:
  Familiarity with commercial and real estate loan documentation, business entity types, and regulatory requirements preferred

Bonus Skills

• Experience with real estate appraisals
• Understanding of debit/credit transactions

This is an on-site role. The salary range is $50,000 - $70,000
