We're looking for a Salon Manager who's a team player, passionate about the beauty industry, and excited to grow with us.

What You'll DoLead, inspire, and coach a team of talented stylists.

Deliver our signature 5-Star Client Experience, built around Convenience, Connection, and Care.

Build client loyalty through exceptional service and strong relationships.

Recruit, develop, and retain great stylists while helping build talent across our salon network.

Drive salon growth through goal setting, scheduling, and sound business management.

Lead by example, both behind the chair and as part of our Leadership Team.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits $30–$45/hour total earning opportunity, including hourly pay, service and retail commissions, tips, and performance bonuses

What We're Looking For Current Connecticut Cosmetology or Barber License Strong technical skills and a passion for outstanding client experiencesA natural leader who enjoys coaching, recruiting, and developing othersA positive, team-first attitude and a desire to grow professionally
