Program Instructor

We are seeking a Program Instructor to join the Vista team in our Discover Program. The Program Instructor implements curriculum-based lessons, facilitates groups, evaluates and communicates progress in functional skills and systems that support students’ independent living needs.

• Follow/implement individualized strategies to help the student gain independence in life skills, community integration and social/cognitive areas.
• Provide training on an individual basis so students meet their individual programmatic and personal goals.
• Evaluate a student’s progress and provide appropriate training interventions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of related experience
• Valid driver’s license and maintain acceptable safe driving record

This position is based at our newly renovated Westbrook, CT campus.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

$20.00
